1. Acceptance

By using Skoria you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. These terms can change — material changes will be emailed to active customers.

2. What Skoria does

Skoria monitors how AI-search products (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, others) cite brands and competitors in response to user-supplied prompts. Output is informational; we make no warranty that AI citations are accurate, complete, or stable over time.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share access with people outside your organisation. We may suspend accounts that violate fair-use limits or these terms.

4. Fair use

We rate-limit excessive API calls and unusual usage patterns. If you need higher volume, contact us — there's usually a sane way to do it without violating LLM-provider terms.

5. Payments and renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; cancellation stops the next renewal. Refund details are in our refund policy.

6. Intellectual property

Your prompts and tracked domains stay yours. Raw LLM responses and derived analytics are licensed to you for your business use. The platform code, brand, and aggregated pattern data (across all customers) belong to Skoria.

7. Limitation of liability

Skoria is provided as-is. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes go to NSW courts.
