Refund Policy

Audits
$249 one-off audits are fully refundable before we start the work. Once we've begun delivery (you'll get an email when we do), the audit is non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions
Cancel any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal. We don't pro-rate refunds for unused time on the current month, but if you're within 14 days of your first paid charge and haven't used the service materially, email hello@skoria.ai and we'll refund it.
Annual plans
Annual plans get a pro-rata refund for unused full months if you cancel within the first 60 days. After 60 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the current term.
Service issues
If the platform is materially broken for more than 48 consecutive hours and we don't fix it, we'll refund the affected portion of your bill.
How to request a refund
Email hello@skoria.ai with your account email and the reason. We process refunds within 7 business days via the original payment method.
