Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account info you give us (email, name, billing). Product usage (which dashboards you visit, when). Your prompts and tracked domains, which we send to third-party LLM providers to generate the citation data. We don't collect personal data about people outside your organisation unless you put it in a prompt — please don't.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't use your prompts to train any AI model. We don't share your dashboards with anyone. Aggregated, de-identified citation patterns may inform the platform's source- intelligence database — your raw data is never exposed.
Third parties
We send your prompts to Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and Perplexity to generate citations. Each provider's privacy policy applies to those requests. We use Stripe for payments (you give them card details, not us). We use Cloudflare for hosting and Neon for the database.
Cookies
We use a privacy-friendly analytics service that doesn't set tracking cookies. We do set a session cookie when you're logged in.
Your rights
Email hello@skoria.ai to access, correct, or delete your data. We respond within 7 days. If you're in the EU/UK, GDPR rights apply; in Australia, the Privacy Act 1988 applies; in California, CCPA applies.
Security
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3). Encryption at rest (managed Postgres). We don't store payment card numbers. We log access to your account and will notify you of any breach within 72 hours.
